A new age, focused Asset Management and Financial Advisory Platform aiming at providing clients with transparent, cost-efficient, and unbiased solutions is hiring for Associate Business Development Manager (b2b)

The incumbent will play a key role in business development and client relationship management through channel partners while creating an impact for the organization. The role will also be responsible for engaging with independent financial advisors and wealth product distribution firms to build new channel partnerships and alliances enabling them to offer our wealth management products for business growth.

Mandatory to have:

• Qualification: PG in marketing or finance management

• At least 5-7 years of experience in AMC/ AIFs/ PMS / Channel Sales, or allied sectors

Job Responsibilities:

The position holder shall be responsible to drive business development for all our businesses.

• A key contributor to the vision and go-to-market strategy for the business.

• Sharp business development and commercial acumen - including practice development and management.

• Prospect potential channel partners using various direct methods, networking, and research.

• Onboard new local and national channel partners basis our target segment.

• Drive business through the independent financial advisors, financial product distributors and other financial intermediaries.

• Maximize sales through a network of partners by effectively managing connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business.

• Generate incremental AUM through business partners.

Manage end-to-end channel partner relationship by been a representative of channel partners within the organization.

• Track, monitor, and build understanding of PMS, AIF & Wealth products, and competitors.
