Roles and Responsibilities:

Team Leading for Collection Team for Personal Loans

Handling Collection calsl on a personal loan for collecting EMI & Charges

Look after customer queries and try to resolve the case in the best possible manner

Updating daily achievements to superiors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Team Handling experience for 3 years

Experience in Tele calling, NBFC.

Good Communication Skills

DRA Certification

Spoken Language Proficiency: English , Hindi and any other India Language
