A Fintech with Dominance in the Capital Market Domain is hiring for Product Analyst for its Corporate Office at Hebbal , Bangalore


Position Overview:

A Product Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business by translating business requirements to the technical team. You will work closely with both Product Head and technical team members to understand and document business processes, gather and analyze data, and develop recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness.


You should also have a solid understanding of business processes and be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical team members.


Prior experience in Stock broking domain mandatory

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and goals, analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Gathering and analyzing data to support decision-making, documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiatio
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Learn and stay up to date with the recent trends pertaining to Capital markets and trading
  • Conduct comprehensive industry research and analysis
  • Must proactively be on the lookout for client feedback relating to product and must stay up to date and have a sound understanding of competitor’s products and services.
  • Gather initial Client requirements from product end-users and relay enhancement requests to product owner and delivery teams.
  • Work closely with product owner and development teams to design and build outstanding products that our customers love. 

Must have skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, mathematics or any related field.
  • Excellent communication skills - including the ability to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way and strong stakeholder management skills to communicate at all levels and build sustainable relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
  • Very granular with an “eye for detail”
  • Should be “customer obsessed”
  • A keen interest in the research process.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Good problem solving skills and Proficient in database software.
  • 2+ years of experience in investing and trading in the stock market or other financial markets
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point) is preferred.
