Holidays : 2 Saturday Half Days , 2 Saturdays Holidays and all Sunday Holidays

Salary - 15000 to 25000 per month plus Incentives

Job description (Customer Support Executive)

 Providing latest market information to clients,

 Resolving trading related client queries and requests,

 Communicating important updates to clients,

 Assisting and coordinating with Risk management team,

 Client activation's & Product demo's,

 Reporting issues & feedback from client's to the technology team.
