Job Description

·      Should have knowledge of Stocks markets, FNO (Future and Option), Intraday.

·      Basic understanding of mutual funds and stock market platform.

·      Strong English and Hindi communication Skills.

·      Must be able to clearly communicate the message to customers and handle the call professionally.

·      Candidates should handle stocks related Queries on Calls, Chat and Email.

Should be flexible working with all the processes.

Exposure to tools like Fresh desk, Fresh sales, MS Office is a plus
