A New Age Discount Broker is looking for Senior KYC Manager ....

As a  KYC Team Manager, you will be handling the implementation of KYC and Customer Due Diligence to help the broking firm to assess risk. You will also be able to ensure that all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Policies and Policy Standards.


What will you be doing?

  • You will be responsible for managing KYC workflow for a team and ensure adherence to departmental standards.
  • Regularly meeting with individual KYC team members and provide timely coaching and development opportunities to ensure success in role
  • Tracking all the regulatory circulars SEBI, NSE, FIU, PMLA and other KYC relevant circulars and give your feedback and update to the Compliance officer, On Boarding manager and KYC Team.
  • Coordinating with regulators like NSE, BSE, NSDL, CDSL and MCX to implement and adopt new regulations
  • To coordinate with on boarding vendors on developing KYC regulatory implementation,
  • Conducting performance analyses on team and develop specific action plans to improve overall performance
  • Updating and maintain all team operational procedures and ensure proper execution
  • Communicating, and interacting with management and peers to influence decision cycle with respect to effectively managing operational risk; Identify and report/escalate issues
  • Working with senior management on audit preparation, coordination, and communication updates


What we’re looking for:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10+ yrs of experience
  • Mandatory 7+ years in KYC related experience
  • 4+ years’ experience managing teams in a Stock broking / banking /Financial sectors
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to work with in a fast-paced, team environment

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Relevant professional certifications: ACAMS / AML
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate employees to meet/exceed performance standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good MS Office and report generating skills.
