A Fintech offering financial planning and advisory solutions to middle-networth and emerging affluent individuals of India is hiring an Employee Concierge. The profile is one of its kind and validates that the corporate has an employee friendly policy.
Office Location : Goregaon East, Mumbai
Responsibilities
• Creation and maintenance of Employee query processes as per standard with built-in escalations.
• Handling Employee grievances/queries/feedback and providing appropriate resolutions for the same
. • Responsible to provide adequate and quick resolution to all stated queries.
• Investigates and resolves grievances, incidents, and employee relations-related issues.
• Well equipped with necessary contacts of nearby facilities, agencies, medical centres including government bodies but not limited to the same.
• Overall experience with strong presentation, communication and relationship building skills.
• Ensure adequacy and quality of all query resolution at this level
.• Regular review of open grievances and sharing feedback both 1 on 1 and with the team to maintain an upward trend in their communication and resolution to grievances.
• Conducting root cause analysis of issues at hand and resolving and close looping the same.
Skills
● Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software.
● Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
