A Capital Market Broker is hiring for Training and Development (Head).

Location: Agra only

Mandatory to have: Experience in Training in the Stock Market

Job Description:

Developing / Modifying training courses specific to the needs of the person with a mix of virtual and physical training

Train the teams in the organization regarding stock market and NISM Assessment of the training needs of the person and continuously working on the same.

Developing training calendar and communicating the same with students.

Evaluation of the training program on weekly basis and take necessary actions to improve it.

Preparing KPI's and Individual Development Plan. 

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Stock Market

Past experience in virtual or Physical teaching experience.

NISM Certified or any other course related to share market.

Proficiency in communication Skills
