Job Description:

·      Primary responsibility will be acquire new clients through the sales team

·      A key Sales team member who would be responsible for team acquisition at various location

·      Would be initially managing a team of 15 people and is expected to add 25-30 people every year

·      Motivation and monitoring of the team at different locations and make them responsible for targets achievement

·      Training of sales at different location who work without any office .

·      Should have capacity to solve sales team and clients problems from time to time

·      Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
