A Fintech having offices in Goregaon and Jogeshwari , Mumbai is hiring for Site Engineers

Responsibilities:

 ·      Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

·      Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.

·      Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.

·      Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.

·      Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.

·      Experience in site supervision of interior site.

·      Prepare and summarizes of all the measured work.

·      Day to day activity at site to complete the erection on time under all safety rules. Responsible for 100% compliance with approved building plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

·      Properly managing the contractor’s team and execution of the projects.

·      Ensure the projects are completed on-time within the assigned teams.

·      Oversee the construction project to completion. Establish plans and detail work schedules.

·      Liaise with Architects, MEP engineers, promoters etc, including organizing regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.

·      Carry out day to day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
