Job Description

  • Managing schedules for the CEO.
  • Draft, review & send communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize persons & information for meetings. 
  • Manage routine & repetitive tasks for the CEO. 
  • Manage administrative tasks for the CEO. 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO. 
  • Maintain, organize and update records & documents for the CEO. 


Skills:

  • Excellent verbal & writing skills in English. 
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good multitasking ability.
  • Good time management.
  • Good negotiator.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Amiable personality.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Preferably a basic understanding of financial markets.


Educational Qualifications:

  • B.COM, BBA, MBA. 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in Math (70% or higher in 10th Grade or College). 
  • NISM certifications are preferred (Not Compulsory).
  • Males preferred


Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience as an Executive Assistant.


Salary:


  • As per market standards.
