A new age-focused Asset Management and Financial Advisory platform that aims to provide clients with transparent, cost-efficient and unbiased solutions is looking to hire Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner


Job Responsibilities:

• Business Partnership and Talent management

• Play a pivotal role in Talent Management ensuring capability building, while working closely with business leaders and employees to create a culture of superior performance and aligning the same to the organization's goals.

• Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process.

• Oversee delivery of end-to-end employee life cycle management processes including work force planning, staffing, training, managing rewards and performance, grievance handling etc.

• Organisational Development and Talent Engagement

• Drive HR interventions aligned to business and HR strategy, designed to drive long-term performance, including effective organizational design, talent, and succession.

• Establishing touch points with people through various initiatives which includes but not limited to one-one with employees, managers, and focus groups etc.

• Formal & Informal communication to employees on various HR initiatives / policies as deemed relevant from time to time.

• Talent Planning & Acquisition

• Manage headcount planning and approvals for business team. Partner with business team to confirm and adjust monthly and quarterly requirements.

• Partner with the business to create business cases for the long- and short-term workforce needs of the business.

• Partner with the business to understand their talent requirements, business model, and develop talent pipelines to source best in class candidates.

• Effectively manage and monitor end-to-end recruitment activities, including reference checking and the offer process etc.

• HR Policy Design and Review

• Drive policy design and related initiatives based on feedback from Employee Engagement and feedback.

• Design HR policies and processes in alignment organizational requirements. While supporting design of required systems through in-house development or with support of vendors.

• Design and implement initiatives to enhance motivation and increase engagement levels across the team in the business unit.

• Generate insight & create action plan through regular Monthly dashboards and HR health reviews.


Academic Qualification and Experience:

• MBA / PGDM – With specialization in Human Resources (Tier I / II Institute)

• Experience – 7+ Years (Handling the full range of HR activities)

• Preferred from affordable housing finance or housing finance background

Knowledge, Competency and Skills requirement:

• Strong business acumen with a strategic and advisory perspective.

• Results-orientation with a superior ability to execute as well as creatively solve problems.

• Combined analytical and persuasion skills with a comfort and flexibility level to work with all levels the organization including senior management.

• Sound problem-solving, conflict resolution and project management experience and abilities.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills
