Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Specialist
  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:
  • Craft effective plans to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Job Posting and Advertisement:
  • Create and publish engaging job advertisements on multiple platforms to reach a diverse candidate pool.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
  • Identify potential candidates, review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Candidate Relationship Management:
  • Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Onboarding Support:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain Recruitment Records:
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring outcomes.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws:
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
