Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Telecaller to join our team in Lucknow District. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, generating leads, and providing information regarding our SKODA vehicles to potential clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the automotive sector with a focus on customer communication and telemarketing.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess excellent customer communication skills to effectively engage clients via phone (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in telemarketing with a track record of successful lead generation (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in service reminder calls, ensuring timely customer updates and follow-ups.
  • Capable of handling objections tactfully and providing appropriate solutions to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to identify potential leads and convert them into business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and an understanding of SKODA vehicle offerings is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships and trust.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide detailed product information.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for test drives or in-store visits.
  • Manage customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and track lead conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and customer service.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights on customer feedback and suggestions for improvements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and performance metrics.
