Job Summary:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our ŠKODA dealership, responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. Your goal is to deliver a premium customer experience while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about ŠKODA vehicles, including features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on ŠKODA product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Manage and update customer records in the dealership's CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Basic understanding of automotive products and the sales process.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver's license.
