Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis in the Head Office at Lucknow District. This role is crucial for maintaining our financial records and ensuring accurate and timely financial data management. The position is suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience in accounting roles.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in financial statement preparation, ensuring compliance with established standards (Mandatory skill).
• Strong data entry abilities with an eye for detail to ensure accurate financial records (Mandatory skill).
• Experience using Tally Prime software for financial transactions and reporting (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks for managing and reviewing company accounts and financial entries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing, analyzing, and visualizing financial data effectively.
• Competence in account reconciliation to ensure accurate records aligning with bank statements.
• Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable for timely billing and payment processing.
• Strong analytical skills to assess financial data, identify discrepancies, and suggest improvement measures.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Efficiently manage data entry tasks to keep financial records up-to-date and accurate.
• Utilize Tally Prime software for maintaining accurate records and generating financial reports when necessary.
• Assist in reconciling account balances, providing detailed reports, and addressing discrepancies as needed.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoices and payments.
• Support the senior accountant in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Conduct analysis of financial statements to identify opportunities for operational and cost improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all tax requirements and assist in the preparation of tax documents for filings.
