• Excellent capability in customer relationship management to build and maintain enduring client interactions.

• Strong skills in risk assessment to evaluate potential threats and mitigate them proactively within the insurance space.
• Experience with automated underwriting systems to facilitate efficient insurance policy processing and decision making.

• Ability to use fraud detection tools to identify and address fraudulent activities effectively.
• Capability to conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor strategies.
