Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Executive for Car Insurance at our Gorakhpur location. Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent capability in customer relationship management to build and maintain enduring client interactions.
- Proficient in claims processing, ensuring prompt and accurate handling of customer claims and inquiries. (Mandatory skill)
- Knowledge of Salesforce to manage and streamline customer data and interactions effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong skills in risk assessment to evaluate potential threats and mitigate them proactively within the insurance space.
- Experience with automated underwriting systems to facilitate efficient insurance policy processing and decision making.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance to ensure all insurance activities adhere to industry and regional laws.
- Ability to use fraud detection tools to identify and address fraudulent activities effectively.
- Capability to conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor strategies.

- Conduct thorough review and assessment of insurance applications to ensure they meet necessary criteria.
- Manage end-to-end claims processing, from initial claim reception to resolution, providing updates to clients throughout.
