Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Korba, Chhattisgarh

Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure

Experience Required: 3–8 Years (preferably in high-rise / commercial projects)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute site activities for high-rise and commercial building projects as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor RCC works, structural works, finishing works, and façade installation with quality standards.
• Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), concrete mix, and reinforcement work.
• Ensure timely execution of project milestones while maintaining safety and quality.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP teams for smooth workflow.
• Manage and monitor contractors/subcontractors, site manpower, and material usage.
• Maintain site documentation including work progress reports, DPR, QA/QC records, and site inspections.
• Follow safety protocols, quality checks, and statutory compliances.
• Support Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and cost control at site.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of high-rise building construction & commercial structures
• Expertise in RCC, shuttering, scaffolding, formwork, concrete works
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (preferred)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and site coordination skills
