Job Title: Sales Officer – FMCG

Location: Churu, Sri Ganganagar and Hanumangarh Rajasthan


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.
  • Ensure product visibility, availability, and placement in the market.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide insights.
  • Execute trade promotions, schemes, and merchandising activities effectively.
  • Manage secondary sales and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Conduct regular market visits for order booking, stock checking, and relationship management.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand distribution and increase market share.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting, and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good market knowledge of FMCG products and distribution network.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
