Pipes and Fittings
  • Identify and develop new retail/channel partners for pipes & fittings in the assigned territory.
  • Drive sales targets through effective product promotion and relationship management.
  • Manage and grow dealer/distributor networks.
  • Ensure availability and visibility of products at retail counters.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Educate retailers and plumbers about new product launches and usage benefits.


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in retail/channel sales, preferably in pipes, fittings, sanitaryware, or related industries.
  • Good understanding of plumbing materials and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with good interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Knowledge of local market and language is a plus.
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a marketing/sales specialization).
