Job Overview

Miraj Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for full-time employment at its Pali location. This junior position requires candidates to have 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience. The role focuses on growing sales for the pipes and fittings segment, necessitating proficiency in sales strategies and distribution management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in Primary Sales (Mandatory skill), ensuring seamless product introduction and initial market penetration strategies.
  • Proficiency in selling pipes and fittings (Mandatory skill), demonstrating deep understanding of product specifications and client requirements.
  • Understanding of B2C sales practices to effectively reach and engage individual consumers through direct selling techniques.
  • Experience dealing with retail counters, emphasizing the ability to manage and enhance point-of-sale interactions that drive purchases.
  • Ability to work with distributors, focusing on building and maintaining strong channel relationships that ensure consistent supply chain operations.
  • Experience managing dealer networks, enabling effective end-to-end sales strategies and comprehensive distribution coverage.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements that meet organizational objectives and customer needs.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and create engaging interactions with stakeholders internally and externally.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the Pali region.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales, ensuring optimal product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize customer feedback to influence innovative market strategies and enhance overall customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for achieving the sales target.
  • Continuously identify and suggest solutions for process improvement within the sales operations to enhance efficiency.
