FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordination with architect and consultant for working (GFC) drawings and sharing with site teams for execution.
2. Sampling of products for upcoming properties and coordination for the approval for design material with management and Architect.
3. Working out the requirements and quantities of direct purchase item in coordination with architects, site teams and operation.
4. Creating drawings of basic layouts of cafe, box office & other areas in cinema along with renovations of existing properties for small fit out tasks.
5. Verifying the GFC drawing and final contract specifications before releasing the execution.
6.  Keeping the track of design & drawing development of each project.
7. Drafting and development of public seating layout in foyer as per operation requirement.
8.  Coordination for AS built drawing of each project.
