Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for our pharmaceutical division to join our team at MidGenie AI Labs Private Limited. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience in pharmaceutical sales, and will be based in our Mumbai headquarters. This is a full-time, mid-level position that involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven work experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 4 to 6 years in the industry.
  • Strong sales strategy skills, including the ability to develop, implement, and optimize sales plans.
  • Excellent client relationship management capabilities to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in market analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience in team leadership to guide, motivate, and oversee a sales team effectively.

  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients and team members.
