Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive at METAMORFS, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Staffing & Managed Services by expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the staffing industry.


Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably within the staffing, recruitment industry, managed services.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry, market dynamics, and client requirements.
  • Excellent reach to offer range of ‘Managed Services”.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.


Roles and Responsability:


  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients for temporary, permanent, or contract staffing & managed services.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to position METAMORFS as a leader in staffing solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs to offer tailored staffing solutions and long-term partnerships.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations showcasing METAMORFS’ services.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work with the recruiting team to ensure seamless client-candidate placements.
  • Sales Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting on progress regularly.
  • Networking: Represent METAMORFS at industry events to boost brand visibility and expand networks.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to sales strategies and business development initiatives for continued growth.
