We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment. The candidate should have strong experience working on W2 full-time requirements and must be well-versed with all types of US work visas and employment terms.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment cycle.
• Work extensively on W2 full-time roles.
• Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, Boolean search, and internal databases.
• Screen, shortlist, and submit qualified candidates to clients/vendors.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain strong pipeline and database of candidates.
• Negotiate rates and ensure timely submissions.
• Work closely with sales/account managers for priority requirements.

• Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience working on niche technologies (Java, .Net, DevOps, Data, SAP, etc.).
• Good understanding of compliance and documentation.
