<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>US IT Recruiter</strong> with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment. The candidate should have strong experience working on <strong>W2 full-time requirements</strong> and must be well-versed with all types of US work visas and employment terms.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><h2>🎯 Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment cycle.</li><li>Work extensively on <strong>W2 full-time roles</strong>.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, Boolean search, and internal databases.</li><li>Screen, shortlist, and submit qualified candidates to clients/vendors.</li><li>Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain strong pipeline and database of candidates.</li><li>Negotiate rates and ensure timely submissions.</li><li>Work closely with sales/account managers for priority requirements.</li></ul><h2>💼 Required Skills:</h2><ul><li>Excellent communication skills (Written &amp; Verbal).</li><li>Strong sourcing and screening skills.</li><li>Experience working on niche technologies (Java, .Net, DevOps, Data, SAP, etc.).</li><li>Good understanding of compliance and documentation.</li></ul><p><br></p>
