Key Responsibilities

As a Career Counselor Intern, you will:

1. Assist in conducting one-on-one career counseling sessions to guide students and professionals.
2. Research and analyze career trends, industries, and job markets to provide updated and relevant information.
3. Help design and deliver workshops/webinars.
4. Support in creating personalized career plans and academic roadmaps based on client needs.
5. Maintain and update client records, feedback, and progress reports.
6. Collaborate with the team to develop resources such as guides, articles, and tools for career development.
7. Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
8. Work closely with schools, colleges, and organizations to promote counseling services.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has:

1. A passion for career counseling and helping others succeed.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. A background in psychology or related fields (students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
4. Research and analytical abilities to explore career options and trends.
5. Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
