1. Checking Material for Quantity, Quality, Rate, this is brought from Receiving Department.
2. Preparing Store Requirement Coordinating with User Dept.
3. Preparing report for Non moving items if any is submitted to kitchen Finance & Purchase Dept.
4. Preparing Dead Stock report if any and same is submitted to purchase department, kitchen & F&B controller.
5. Preparing Spoilage Report and same is submitted to purchase department, kitchen & F&B controller.
6. Handling Monthly stock inventory, & Consumption report, preparing report, this is submitted to purchase Dept, Finance, (F&B controller).
7. Making purchase report.
8. Making goods receiving notes.
9. Assisting purchase department for local purchase and other day to day purchase absence or emergency.
10. Looking after daily stores issue to all departments according to the timing.
11. Receiving the incoming delivery Food, Beverages & Vegetables.
12. Making all requisitions on a daily basis and update the inventory management software/system.
13. Clean and arrange the storage area orderly.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
