>> We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Tele calling Executive to join our operations Department.
**IT IS NOT A SALES OR TARGET BASED JOB**
JOB DESCRIPTION: -
- Making verification calls.
- Receive phone calls.
- Update & maintain the database as per the feedback.
- Assist the operations team for administrative tasks.
- Handle the official portals.
Requirements
- Graduate Degree or equivalent.
- Must have knowledge of MS-Office i.e., MS- Word & MS-Excel.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in Educational or any other organization.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Need to be fluent in languages- English, Hindi & Bengali.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Only FEMALE candidates need to apply.
Job Location: - Salt Lake, Sec - 3, Kolkata.
Minimum Experience:- 1 year.
Work Mode:- On site/ Work from Office.
Job Timing:- 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday).
