Key Responsibilities  

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads for the sales team.
  • Explain product/service features and understand customer needs.
  • Schedule demos or appointments for senior sales executives.
  • Manage follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
  • Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. onboarding the users
  • Talking to medical professionals/admin via call or email on which product will be useful to their clinic and suggest the best options
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales/marketing) to improve lead quality.
  • Research new prospects and market segments to support outreach.


Required Skills & Qualifications  

  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience, a large part of which should be in BPOs, counseling, or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls confidently.
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, having ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.


Education  

  • Any graduate, experience is more important than degree specialization.
