About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can bring ideas to life visually and knows how to engage digital audiences across platforms. Key Responsibilities:

 Graphic Design:

• Create eye-catching visuals for digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and internal communication.
• Design marketing materials including banners, posters, brochures, infographics, etc.
• Ensure consistency in visual language across all platforms and brand collateral.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling designs.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, design, and execute social media strategies and campaigns.
• Handle daily posting, content scheduling, and community engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
• Monitor trends, suggest ideas, and implement best practices to grow reach and engagement.
• Track analytics and generate performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro/After Effects (basic video editing a plus).
• Hands-on experience with social media tools
• Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
• Good command of written English and content ideation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
• Prior work with a startup or agency environment.
• Familiarity with basic branding or UI/UX concepts.
