Medecro.ai is an innovative health-tech startup revolutionizing healthcare in India with AI-driven solutions. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Generative AI (LLM) Intern to join our team and contribute to developing state-of-the-art AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. ∙ Development, fine-tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-world applications.
2. ∙ Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in Generative AI, NLP, and conversational AI.
3. ∙ Work with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM-based solutions into Medecro.AI products.
4. ∙ Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
5. ∙ Contribute to building AI-driven chatbots, document summarization, and intelligent assistants for dentists.
6. ∙ Stay up-to-date with the latest research in LLMs, transformers, and generative models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. ∙ Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
2. ∙ Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, etc.).
3. ∙ Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
4. ∙ Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.
5. ∙ Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
6. ∙ Knowledge of multi-agent workflows using CrewAI.
7. ∙ Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. ∙ Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

1. ∙ Experience with fine-tuning LLMs on domain-specific data.
2. ∙ Exposure to prompt engineering and evaluation of generative models.
3. ∙ Prior internship/projects in AI/ML/NLP.
4. ∙ Experience in Conversational AI.
