Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Frontend Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in architecting and delivering high-performance, scalable web applications using a modern frontend stack. You’ll work closely with design and backend teams to translate complex requirements into seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ∙ Build, optimize, and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js
2. ∙ Work within a monorepo structure to manage shared packages and multiple apps
3. ∙ Manage reactive application state using MobX
4. ∙ Develop responsive, consistent UIs using TailwindCSS and ShadCN UI
5. ∙ Leverage HTML Canvas to implement dynamic visual interactions
6. ∙ Optimize frontend build pipelines using Vite for performance and speed
7. ∙ Implement advanced data fetching and caching with TanStack Query
8. ∙ Write robust, clean, and scalable TypeScript code with strong typing practices
9. ∙ Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build pixel-perfect components
10. ∙ Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and team planning
11. ∙ Use Docker to manage local environments and support CI pipelines
12. ∙ Utilize Node.js for development tooling, scripts, and lightweight backend needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. ∙ Minimum 4 years of experience as a frontend developer in a product or SaaS environment
2. ∙ Expertise in React and Next.js, including SSR and API integration
3. ∙ Solid understanding of MobX for application state management
4. ∙ Proficient in TypeScript, including interfaces, generics, and type safety
5. ∙ Experience with TailwindCSS and mobile-first responsive design
6. ∙ Familiar with ShadCN UI or other modern component libraries
7. ∙ Knowledge of frontend bundlers like Vite, Webpack, or Rollup
8. ∙ Hands-on experience with HTML Canvas for graphics-heavy components
9. ∙ Proficient in using TanStack Query (React Query)
10. ∙ Familiarity with Git-based workflows (PRs, feature branches, etc.)
11. ∙ Experience using Docker in development environments
12. ∙ Basic working knowledge of Node.js for tooling or backend scripting

Nice to Have:

1. ∙ Experience working in monorepo-based architectures
2. ∙ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
3. ∙ Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
4. ∙ Experience writing tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
