Job Title:Deep Learning Specialist – CNN

Job Overview:

We are looking for a deep learning specialist with expertise in Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to develop and optimize models for medical image analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Development:

•                    Design and optimize CNN models for medical imaging tasks like segmentation, classification, and detection.

•                    Modify architectures (e.g., ResNet, U-Net, DenseNet, EfficientNet) to handle both segmentation and annotation efficiently.

•                    Improve accuracy by connecting different tasks within the same model.

2. Medical Imaging Applications:

•                    Develop models for X-rays, CT scans, MRIs etc images.

•                    Collaborate with doctors and researchers to ensure clinical relevance.

3. Model Evaluation & Optimization:

•                    Measure performance using Dice coefficient, IoU, and ROC-AUC.

•                    Optimize model layers and parameters to improve accuracy and efficiency.

4. Research & Innovation:

•                    Stay updated with the latest CNN advancements (Vision Transformers, hybrid models, multi-task learning).

•                    Propose new strategies to improve medical image analysis.

5. Collaboration & Documentation:

•                    Work with a multidisciplinary team of AI experts and healthcare professionals.

•                    Maintain clear documentation of architectures, processes, and results.

Qualifications:

•                    Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

•                    Strong expertise in CNN models (ResNet, U-Net, DenseNet, etc.).

•                    Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.

•                    Proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV.

•                    Experience with medical image datasets is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

•                    Advanced CNN techniques (transfer learning, attention mechanisms, multi-task learning).

•                    Knowledge of DICOM standards and medical data handling.

•                    Experience deploying models in cloud or clinical environments.
