Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Export Executive for Documentation and Logistics to join our team in Bhopal. This Junior-level, full-time position is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role focuses on managing logistics and documentation for export operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our premium basmati rice.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in import/export operations and logistics management.
• Strong understanding of import and export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools for efficient management of shipments.
• Good communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including suppliers and transport agencies.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during shipping and documentation processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for tracking shipments and generating reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage export logistics to ensure timely shipment of goods.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and Bill of Lading.
• Liaise with customs officials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Arrange transportation and negotiate shipping rates with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Track shipments and update clients on the status of their orders.
• Handle any shipping-related issues and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
• Stay updated on international trade regulations and ensure all export activities are compliant.
