ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manpower Planning – Conduct review meetings with Managers by personally visiting factory.
· Talent acquisition & Employee retention- Post receiving the requirement from departments initiate and prepare the strategy for hiring employees.
· Follow up with the candidates till Joining – Ensure follow up calls are been made to selected candidates till joining.
· Ensure offer letter and detailed email has been sent to selected candidates.
· Ensure / Conduct meeting with new joiner and share the JD Conduct Induction of new joiners.
· Introduce the new joiner to the reporting manager for detailed meeting regarding the Job Role.
· Employee Engagement Activities- Ensure conducting monthly activities for engaging employees. To initiate programs like Employee Referral Program, Employee Rewards, Employer branding etc.
· Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issue
· Follow up with department heads for any HR related issues on weekly basis.
· Performance Management System- Ensure KRA’s are being shared with every employee and the reporting manager.
· Ensure regular review meetings are being conducted in various departments for discussing KRA’s
· Conduct annual Review meeting for all key positions along with the department heads in the month of December every year.
· Training & development- To collaborate with Agencies for conducting cost effective, industry specific training programs. Also to design training calendar for employees on Team Management, Leadership, Safety, work ethics, etc.
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
· Should always be in compliance with the law and keep recommending the management about the same.
· Understand ERP systems and implement changes to suit organizational requirements
· Must know how to handle Legal Compliances, Labor relations , PF & ESIC cases
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Previous experience in HR or related roles.
· Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion and integrity.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
