What We’re looking for:

We're on the hunt for a sharp, market-savvy Business Data Analyst to fuel our next phase of growth. In this role, you won’t just analyze what’s happening—you’ll help shape *what comes next*. Your core mission? Leverage deep market intelligence to uncover trends, quantify opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions across our solution strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market approach.


What you will do:


  • Lead market trend research and competitive benchmarking to identify whitespace opportunities and market gaps
  • Analyze product, service, and pricing models of competitors to provide actionable recommendations for positioning and GTM strategies
  • Define, track, and report KPIs that evaluate success of products, services, and pricing strategies in the marketplace
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align insights with real-world business execution
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and internal platforms to study user behavior and market performance
  • Translate findings into concise recommendations on what we should build, improve, or sunset
  • Experience in data/business analysis with a strong market/competitor research focus
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing data tools (Google Analytics, CRM, Tag Manager)


Bonus Points If You’ve Got These!

  • Exposure to Python or R for statistical analysis or data automation or predictive modelling.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, eCommerce analytics, or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools like Alteryx, Smartlook, or Tag Manager is a plus.
  • Background in eCommerce or SaaS market intelligence
  • Exposure to pricing strategy, product-market fit analysis, or digital campaign optimization
