• Product:- Used Car / Used Commercial Vehicle

(Dealer Vertical/Team Handling) (Open Market + Team)

• Locations:- Chhattisgarh (Raipur, Bilaspur Ambikapur, Jagdalpur, Raigarh)

(Preference given to local candidate)

• CTC:- The maximum offer can go up to 4.50 LPA.
• Graduation:- Graduation is mandatory
• Experience:- 3+ years in core sales with a background in used car / used commercial vehicle sales is compulsory. Should have current knowledge in the used car or commercial vehicle segment.

Desired Profile:-

• should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial vehicle refinance with team management abilities.
• Should be able to develop the business in a targeted area with the use of skills, strategies, and experience
• Should be able to recruit as per the requirement and provide training.
• Should be able to manage a huge team of multiple locations for business development
• Should have good knowledge of credit and collections.
• Required a strong market repo.
• Knowledge about other loan products such as tractor Finance, Car Loan finance, Commercial Vehicle finance, farm Equipment Finance etc.

KRA :-

1. Business Planning and development, i.e., tie-ups with Dealers and Distributors, DSA, etc.
2. maintaining the profitability of the business and achieving the business targets.
3. maintains relationships with our clients, dealers, and DSA.
4. training to manpower.
