Position : Branch Manager

Product :- Salaried Personal Loan (SPL)

(DSA Vertical/Team Handling)

(Open Market + Team)

Locations: Nagpur, Wardha, Yavatmal, Akola, Amravati, Bhanadara

(Preference given to local candidate)

CTC: The maximum offer can go up to 5.00 LPA.

Graduation: Graduation is mandatory

Experience : 5–7 years in core sales with a background in personal loans, salaried loans, or doctor loans is compulsory. Should have current experience in the PL/SPL loan segment.

Desired Profile:

should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in  personal loans, salaried loans, or doctor loans with team management abilities.

Should be able to develop the business in targeted area with the use of skills, strategies, and experience

should be able to recruit as per the requirement and provide training.

Should be able to manage huge team of multiple locations for business development

should have good knowledge of credit and collections.

Should have experience or knowledge about other loan products such as.  personal loans, salaried loans, or doctor loans etc.

KRA :-

Business Planning and development, i.e., Build Team and Source Business from open market.
