Qualifications and Skills
- B2B sales experience with a strong track record of closing large enterprise deals in the IT services sector (Mandatory skill).
- Proven expertise in generating high-quality leads through various outbound and inbound channels, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Hands-on experience in client acquisition, including nurturing leads and successfully converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks relevant to IT consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of modern marketing strategies, digital marketing tools, and multi-channel outreach for client engagement.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to formulate attractive proposals and close deals that drive company growth.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Demonstrated leadership, self-motivation, and adaptability to changing market environments in a fast-paced industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business development initiatives, including strategy formulation, lead generation, and closing high-value B2B sales deals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in domestic and international IT services markets.
- Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes to ensure effective client engagement, onboarding, and long-term retention.
- Regularly conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform actionable growth strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
