Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Promoters to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Promoter, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our scientifically formulated healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell PlusPlus Lifesciences products to customers through direct communication channels such as phone, email, and online platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.

Provide detailed product information and benefits to customers, highlighting our commitment to quality and innovation.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of healthcare or nutritional products is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
