Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in managing leads, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate and process sales orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any issues related to orders.
  • Lead Management: Identify potential leads from various sources, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for review by the sales manager.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, product launches, and order fulfillment.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products and services to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.
