Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Maharashtra Minerals Corporation Ltd. Located in Prabhadevi, this full-time junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and manage day-to-day front office operations efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in handling multiline phone systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with attendance management to maintain precise records for employee time and attendance (Mandatory skill).
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software to handle customer inquiries and maintain relationships effectively.
- Basic understanding of accounting software to assist in managing office financials, including billing and invoicing.
- Appointment scheduling skills to coordinate meetings and ensure timely management of calendars.
- Competency in email management to organize communication and respond promptly to queries.
- Familiarity with document management systems for efficient filing and retrieval of important documents.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure all visitors and callers receive a professional and welcoming experience.

- Greet clients and visitors warmly, and provide necessary assistance and information.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently using a multiline phone system.
- Manage appointments and schedules for staff and clients effectively.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring prompt delivery and collection.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Assist in basic accounting duties, including data entry and invoice processing.
- Update and maintain all reception and administration-related records accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support company operations and initiatives as needed.
