Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Chemist to join our team at Maharashtra Minerals Corporation Ltd., located in Kankavli, Sindhudurg. This is a full-time position that involves working closely with our mineral processing and laboratory teams. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in analytical chemistry to analyze and support mineral extraction processes. Qualifications and Skills

• B. Sc. / M. Sc. Chemistry
• Proficiency in analytical chemistry techniques such as chromatography and spectrometry to effectively evaluate mineral samples. (Mandatory skill)
• Solid experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for efficient data handling and reporting. (Mandatory skill)
• Ability to coordinate regularly with geologists to align laboratory findings with field explorations. (Mandatory skill)
• Competence in data analysis software such as ChemDraw or Origin to analyze experimental data and generate reports.
• Strong ability to accurately maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure reliable outcomes.
• Capability to conduct comprehensive silica sand analysis and interpret the results to improve processing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail to identify errors and ensure quality compliance in all laboratory processes and outputs.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and contribute effectively to team objectives.
