Job Overview

Join Magic Bus India Foundation as a Soft Skills Trainer at our Secunderabad location. This full-time, mid-level position involves imparting soft skills to young individuals to enhance their employability and prepare them for diverse career paths. The ideal candidate should possess skills in effective communication, teaching, and documentation, with additional expertise in public speaking, coaching, and counselling.

Responsibilities:

• Taking Soft Skills sessions to the students
• Helping out students in the practical oriented teaching
• Maintaining Attendance record of the students
• Responsible for maintaining all the documentation and Students records
• Activity based teaching methodologies
• Helping students to develop their personality and build self confidence
• Effective teaching and learning environment.

Essential Skills:

Strong command over Technical knowledge

Education Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate/ MA English

Certification in IELTS is added advantage

Preferred Experience:

3+ years of experience in Soft Skills training
