Job Description
Job Title: Channel Sales Manager(Real Estate)
Location: Bangalore
Experience Level: 7 Plus years
Office Location – HSR, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key channel partners, including brokers, agents, and real estate firms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and explore new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and materials that support channel partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
- Lead, motivate, and manage channel sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set individual and team goals, and provide constructive feedback to ensure team members' professional development.
- Ensure alignment between team activities and overall business objectives, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management to track performance and forecast trends.
Requirements:
- Proven 7 plus years of experience in channel Sales in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market trends and practices.
