Job Title: Sales Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and ambitious professional to contribute to the success of our real estate projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Focus on individual sales targets and close deals for residential properties (villas, apartments, plots) in Bangalore markets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive conversions.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on market trends.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies, including promotional activities and campaigns to drive demand.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Engage in negotiations, present proposals, and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Manage sales documentation, track progress towards targets, and provide regular updates on sales performance to the team.
  • Customer Support: Address client queries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a smooth transaction process from initial inquiry to post-sale support.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation, and sales tactics.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
