Job description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to support our HR team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role involves collaborating with the hiring manager, managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with company events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Work closely with the hiring manager to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
  • Candidate Communication: Interact with candidates via calls, texts, and emails to ensure a smooth communication process and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Follow-Ups: Take regular follow-ups with candidates to avoid communication gaps.
  • Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the employee database and compiling employee files as required.
  • Event Planning: Support the HR team in organizing and planning company events and activities.
  • HR Operations: Assist in various HR functions as needed, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or currently pursuing a degree in HRM or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of HRM concepts and recruitment processes.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage daily tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable making daily calls and engaging with candidates.
