Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Bench Sales Recruiter / Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a professional with 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the hiring process, bridging the gap between client requirements and available talent. This role requires excellent communication and recruitment skills, along with a strong ability to convince and negotiate.

Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients (Mandatory skill).
• Proven ability in recruitment processes, including screening and interviewing (Mandatory skill).
• Strong convincing skills to persuade potential candidates effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Comprehensive understanding of US Employment Laws to ensure compliance in recruitment activities.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and connecting with prospective candidates.
• Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both candidates and clients.
• Technical understanding of various tech stacks to identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential candidates from diverse sources for various positions.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to fulfill their staffing needs.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Negotiate compensation with candidates to align with company budgets and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with US Employment Laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and tools.
• Provide feedback to candidates and clients maintaining a transparent recruitment process.

Work location - Kondapur, Hyderabad

Shift Timings - 7 AM to 4 AM IST

Week-off - Saturday & Sunday

Work model - 100% Onsite
