Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Bench Sales Recruiter / Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a professional with 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the hiring process, bridging the gap between client requirements and available talent. This role requires excellent communication and recruitment skills, along with a strong ability to convince and negotiate.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients (Mandatory skill).
- Proven ability in recruitment processes, including screening and interviewing (Mandatory skill).
- Strong convincing skills to persuade potential candidates effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Comprehensive understanding of US Employment Laws to ensure compliance in recruitment activities.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and connecting with prospective candidates.
- Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both candidates and clients.
- Technical understanding of various tech stacks to identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential candidates from diverse sources for various positions.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to fulfill their staffing needs.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Negotiate compensation with candidates to align with company budgets and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with US Employment Laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and tools.
- Provide feedback to candidates and clients maintaining a transparent recruitment process.
Work location - Kondapur, Hyderabad
Shift Timings - 7 AM to 4 AM IST
Week-off - Saturday & Sunday
Work model - 100% Onsite
