Roles and Responsibilities

Experience in US Payroll setup / Origination

Employee / Client level setup

Experience in payroll Weekly / Monthly generation

Knowledge in Workers compensation / Wages / Tax Filings & Pay frequencies

Experience in US Federal / State and Local taxes

Time and Attendance / Leave Accruals

Bank Account / Direct Deposit addition and validation

Typing certification will be an added advantage

Good Communication / Reading and understanding the emails is must.

Comfortable in doing night shift /Flexible in extension per business requirements

Shift 3pm to 1 am and 4pm to 2 am
